Maynard Farmers Market opens its 31st season this coming Saturday with an exciting line-up of Farm and Food Vendors, Artisans, and much more. Check out our complete list of vendors below. Opening day will also feature music from market favorite Ralph DeFlorio (we’ve even added a viewing tent this year!) The Girls Scouts, A Friend in Need, and the Town of Maynard will be at the community tables and the Tot Lot will be up for action with a patriotic pinwheel activity. The market runs from 9:00-1:00 Rain or Shine. We’re excited to see you there!



FARM AND FOOD VENDORS
Applefield Farm – Produce grown according to organic principles and bringing fresh vegetables, herbs, melons and cut flowers all summer long! Carrots, greens, lettuce, radishes, cukes, beans, eggplants of all colors, tomatoes and so much more.
Balance Rock Farm – A 5th generation family farm brings locally-raised meats (beef, pork, chicken, and sausage), milk, and eggs. They also sell cheeses, jam, sauces and other products from local producers.
Saltbox Farm – NEW IN 2026 – Saltbox Farm is a family farm, where our farmers are dedicated to the pursuits of regenerative agricultural practices ensuring survival and sustainability of this land, while still remaining an intricate part of the surrounding community.
Cookie Lady Treats – Laura makes fresh baked sweet and savory treats of all kinds: breakfast pastries, breads, pizza, scones, and of course–cookies in unique flavors!
Hudson Hives – A small, family-run apiary founded on sustainability selling honey, beeswax candles, honeycomb and other beeswax products. Try all of their honey varieties including Spring Blossom, Summer Wildflower, Blueberry, Cranberry, orange blossom, Japanese knotweed, golden flower, elderberry Wellness honey, and Durty Honey.
The Hyve – The Hyve is a farm to table meal delivery, catering and a bakery farmers market business. Tom and Ruth-Anne are long-time restaurant people who love their work when it results in happiness and find joy in great ingredients from farms, and cooking with creativity and care.
FSG Baking LLC – Artisan baker Frank Schneider bakes in the German/ European tradition, using wholesome, partially organic ingredients. All his bread and baked goods are handmade and slow rise — giving the bread time to develop its full flavor. Look for real rye bread and handmade Bavarian pretzels!
Muddy Water Coffee Roasters – Delicious fresh coffee for all of your caffeine needs! Fair Trade and organic blends from around the world, crafted locally for absolute freshness and flavor, and coffee drinks to sip at the Market.
Huckleberry Bakes – Lizz runs a licensed residential bakery located in Acton. She operates out of a dedicated gluten free kitchen, creating from scratch cakes, cupcakes, cookies and specialty bakes.
Ben’s Raclette – Ben specializes in French-style raclette on baguette, melted and scraped right in front of customers. Top your baguette with fig jam, honey, prosciutto, dill pickles, or other scrumptious toppings.

Maynard Maple – Their mission is to bring great-tasting, high-quality maple syrup to surrounding communities in Massachusetts and New England. Brookfield Candle Co – A family run candle company who prides itself on creating high quality, soy-based candle products for eco-conscious consumers who want to take better care of the earth, while enjoying the fragrant and empowering effects of their products
The Soap Artist – Jennifer creates artistic artisan soaps. The endless design possibilities captured her love for soapmaking and continues to drive her today. “Soap should be more than just functional” sums up her stance on soap! Color and design guide everything she does. Along with her artisan soaps Jennifer offers a wide range of bath products–including lip balms, lip scrubs, hand balms, foot balms, fun shaped bath bombs, bubble bath, shower steamers, and decadent sugar scrubs!
Ari’s Craft Nook – Ari sells things she makes using remnants of fabric she collects. She has casserole carriers and laundry bags that you can use to carry your belongings. She also has padded seat cushions and bookshelf pillows to brighten up your space. In addition, she has microwavable heating pads and playing card holders.
Mr. Sharp – (NEW IN 2026) – Mr. Sharp provides knife sharpening and repair services.
Music, Children’s Activities, and Community Tables
Ralph DeFlorio – Ralph is a folk/bluegrass/blues musician from Harvard, MA who has a history of playing at markets and other venues in the area. He loves playing the Maynard Farmers’ Market, and is looking forward to coming back! You can find his music on YouTube under the handle @RalphDeFlorio.
Tot Lot – This week will feature a patriotic pinwheel activity and of course, the Tot Lot will have toys and books for the little ones.
A Friend in Need – A Friend in Need provides one-time emergency assistance to residents of Acton, Boxborough, and Maynard who have been identified to the program by a caseworker, social worker, or clergy person.
Girl Scouts – The Maynard Girl Scouts empower girls to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a positive impact in their community through service, outdoor adventures, and hands-on learning experiences.
Town of Maynard – Still have questions about Maynard’s new trash and recycling programs? Maynard Department of Public Works Solid Waste Management Coordinator Linde Ghere will be at the first Farmer’s Market of the season with program information, activities, and more. In addition, Julia Flanary will be on hand to answer questions for the Water/Sewer Division of the DPW.
