Come on down to the Market this Saturday to help celebrate the final day of 2018 National and Massachusetts Farmers Market Week, which recognizes how Markets increase access to fresh food, support local farmers and food producers and build community. Where you shop makes a huge difference for farmers and other locally produced products! The farmers are harvesting a bounty of vegetables, fruits, and flowers for you to enjoy.
Don’t miss a visit to Nashoba Valley Extracts – this is the first of Meagan’s two Market dates this season. The Compulsive Baker and Pony Shack Cider also join our weekly vendors. Stock up on your coffee beans from Muddy Water Coffee Roasters since this is Tim’s final week in Maynard (you’ll find him in Harvard for their Farmers’ Market season). Our artisans are Jennifer’s Handmade Soap and Denise Hurley of Reds. Also, the Kid Artisans will be selling their creations, the Hip Swayers perform and the Assabet Village Coop and DCF Foster Care will have information about how you can get involved with their organizations.
