Its 4th of July weekend and what better way to celebrate than a visit to the Maynard Farmers Market! This Saturday, we are thrilled to welcome three new vendors to the market: Maia’s Bakery, Crafty Momma Cookies, and Gingerebel Soaps.

Bring the kids in costume and with noisemakers in hand for a mini-parade at 9:30 AM, followed by patriotic wand-making at the Children’s Tent. Enjoy live music from the talented Maya Ghose starting at 10:00 AM, and browse your favorite local vendors, artisans, and community groups from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM—rain or shine! FARM AND FOOD VENDORS

Applefield Farm – Produce grown according to organic principles and brings fresh vegetables, herbs, melons and cut flowers all summer long! Carrots, greens, lettuce, radishes, cukes, beans, eggplants of all colors, tomatoes and so much more.


Balance Rock Farm – A 5th generation family farm brings locally-raised meats (beef, pork, chicken, and sausage), milk, and eggs. They also sell cheeses, jam, sauces and other products from local producers


Hudson Hives – A small, family-run apiary founded on sustainability selling honey, beeswax candles, honeycomb and other beeswax products. Try all of their honey varieties including Spring Blossom, Summer Wildflower, Blueberry, Cranberry, orange blossom, Japanese knotweed, golden flower, elderberry Wellness honey, and Durty Honey.


Muddy Water Coffee Roasters – Delicious fresh coffee for all of your caffeine needs! Fair Trade and organic blends from around the world, crafted locally for absolute freshness and flavor, and coffee drinks to sip at the Market.


Maia’s Bakery LLC – A small local bakery specializing in sourdough bread. It is a gut friendly product that brings warmth and coziness to your home. They bake country breads with crunchy crust and delightful crumb with inclusions like olives, caraway seeds, cocoa, chocolate and cranberry. They also offer French loaf sandwich breads that have soft crust and fluffy crumb which are easy to slice to prepare sandwiches and grilled cheese. Sandwich breads comes with toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds to enhance the flavors.

Their small-batch, palm-free soaps are handcrafted using ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients, delivering nourishment to your skin while staying kind to the planet. Music, Community Tables, and Children’s Activities

Maya Ghose – Maya is from Acton, Massachusetts. She’s a singer-songwriter guitarist, and performs a mix of soul, pop, rock and R&B covers. Her latest single is called “Soul Searching.”


Childrens’ and Tot Tents – We’ll have a mini-parade starting at 9:30 and afterwards there will be a patriotic wand-making activity for the 4th of July weekend. In addition, the Tots Tent will have toys and books for the little ones.


League of Women Voters – The League of Women Voters (LWV) is a nonpartisan American nonprofit political organization. Founded in 1920, its ongoing major activities include registering voters, providing voter information, boosting voter turnout and advocating for voting rights.

SuAsCo – The Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord Wild and Scenic River Stewardship Council began their River Ambassador Program in 2022. The River Ambassadors work within the eight Wild and Scenic communities and beyond to provide a presence on and around the SuAsCo Wild and Scenic Rivers and promote stewardship and understanding of local riverine resources.
