Boston Area Gleaners is committed to supporting an equitable, just, and sustainable local food system. We fulfill our mission by building innovative partnerships with local organizations and businesses in order to bridge food distribution gaps, improve healthy food access, prevent on-farm food waste, and create new markets for locally grown produce. NEADS has bred, raised, trained, and matched more than 2,000 World Class Service Dogs since 1976. Our Service Dogs are matched with children and adults, including veterans, who are deaf or who have a physical disability; veterans with PTSD; and children with autism or other developmental disabilities. NEADS Assistance Dogs are partnered with professionals in classroom, ministry, hospital, therapeutic, and courthouse settings.

On market day, we will be selling apparel, gifts and goodies for dogs and dog-lovers, so we want to promote that as well. All proceeds from our sales go directly to funding our World Class Service Dog programs. We also have an online shop for those who cannot make it on the 24th. Visit us at shop.neads.org
